New York City 1979 - 1988

The apparition of these faces in the crowd:
Petals on a wet, black bough.

New York City 1979 - 1988

I lived and worked in New York City from 1979 to 1988. It was truly an end of era in photography. There were no digital cameras, no cell phones, no computers, no photoshop, no zoom meetings. no online portfolios. We worked with film, color labs, pay phones, beepers, rolodex, face to face meetings and hand made portfolios.
